M/s Unisky Wellness Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "Company", a Company incorporated under Act, 1956, and having its Registered Office in SCO - 65, B - block, New Amritsar, Distt. AMRITSAR (Punjab).

I confirm that I am a major and I am competent to execute this agreement. I shall become an Unisky Wellness Private Limited Associate (hereinafter referred to as "Representative") upon the acceptance of this application, in accordance with the Business Logic and Rules and Regulations, Policies, and Procedures of Unisky Wellness Private Limited.

The company/firm at its discretion, may amend its Business Logic, Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures, terms and conditions of this agreement and shall notify the Representative of the amendments, alterations, deletions, or additions.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Representative and Unisky Wellness Private Limited, and no other additional promises, representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless in writing and approved by Unisky Wellness Private Limited.

The member has to provide all correct information in the form. The mobile Number mentioned should be in working condition and if it is found during verification that the number mentioned in the form is false / non-working condition or any other detail filled up in the membership form is not true, the application will be rejected and membership will be forfeited with immediate effect.

Upon acceptance of the application from Unisky Wellness Private Limited, I will be a Representative responsible for my own business and not an employee of Unisky Wellness Private Limited. I will not be treated as an employee in regard to labour laws and shall not claim any E.S.I., Gratuity, or any other benefits under any such act presently in force or any such act which may come into force in future.

Unisky Wellness Private Limited DOES NOT claim/guarantee that an Unisky distributor will achieve financial success without working or by relying solely on the efforts of others. Compensation in Unisky is based only on the sale of its products. An Unisky distributor is an independent contractor whose success/failure depends on his/her personal efforts.

You DO NOT get paid merely by recruiting people.

Unisky Wellness DOES NOT give rights/sole selling agency to any individual/concern/organisation of a particular area / territory / city.

• Each USD (Unisky Distributor) has an obligation to become familiar with the company policy.
• Each Unisky Wellness Distributor must understand, follow & implement the above and teach the same to their team members to achieve all goals.
• If any distributor uses abusive words against the company Or the owner, Unisky Wellness Private Limited has full rights to terminate his/her ID with notice.
• If any Representative is found working with any other similar company during the same period, Unisky Wellness Private Limited reserves all rights to terminate him/her, and he/she will not have any claims whatsoever against Unisky Wellness Private Limited.
• No investments or bulk purchases are allowed in Unisky Wellness. If you come across any individual offering investment schemes, please notify the company for immediate action.
• If any Distributor is caught doing any product online selling on any online portal, then his US Code (ID) will be terminated with one week's warning.
• If a distributor leaves a gap of 3 months in sponsoring, then his/her payout according to (non-sponsoring condition) will be frozen by the company. To activate the ID again, he/she will have to sponsor 3 to the right and 3 to the left within 10 days, then his/her ID will be activated again to work.
• I understand only a representative of Unisky Wellness Private Limited who received training, and has a certificate from the company stating the same, can make a public representation of the Unisky Wellness Private Limited Logic.

Unisky Wellness Private Limited makes NO medical claim on the products. We are NOT DOCTORS & our products are NOT MEDICINES.

Unisky Wellness products are not to be sold loose/re-packed etc. except for the official packing.

Unisky Wellness does not ask/compel you to purchase products in more quantities than your immediate requirement either for sale or consumption.

If any client buys the product from any distributor without a bar code, then there will be no responsibility of the company.

Unisky Wellness Does Not Sell any Product Without Bar code Or Bill. If Any Client Purchase Product Without bill, Unisky Wellness Pvt. Ltd. Not Responsible.

• Unisky Wellness Private Limited has NO joining fee, NO annual fee, NO renewal fee.
• The total cost inclusive of all taxes but the transportation charges and Local will be paid by the customers/Distributors/Representatives.
• TDS: Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), all such payouts payable are subject to Income Tax and Family Members shall get the FORM 16A, on a quarterly basis, once a year for their accounting purpose.
• The Payout which will be generated from 1st to 31st of every month will be auto-transferred on the 15th of the next month.
• Every Free (Rewards) will be supplied to the customer within Three Months from the Month of clearing that particular level. For any misunderstanding, contact Unisky Wellness Private Limited directly. (No Guarantee and Warranty will be given for the free Gift (Rewards) By Company).
• Free Gift plan, terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice to any customer. The "Company" Can change the business plan and rewards at any time. The decision on all matters will be final and binding on all guidelines and Persons/Distributors/Representatives.
• If any distributor does not do 1cc RBP and 1cc left & 1cc right sponsoring after US champion reward, then his total payout will shift to his upline who completes his/her condition in that month.

We accept return and exchange of defective products only.

• You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
• We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
• If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer return or an exchange.
• Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

If due to change in govt. policies and enactment of law, the firm business is stopped then the firm will not be liable for any kind of claims, reimbursement, and compensation.

If any dispute or difference arises between the parties hereof touching the business or interpretation of any terms and condition or as to incentives, income etc. related to the business of the Firm, the same shall be referred to arbitration and the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 2010.
